Refund policy

Returns & Refund policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept any returns and do not issue refunds once orders are opened or used. If there is an issue with your order, we will try our level best to fix it - and are committed to a good experience for all our customers. 

Return Cost: Customer is responsible for shipping product back to us and any credit is processed after product is duly verified for condition

Restock Fee: We levy a restocking fee of $3 per unit returned to our warehouse 

Please note:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after items have been delivered or dispatched.
  • The shipping address cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched.
  • We do not accept any returns of opened packages, discounted items or any items bought on sale or during the sale period.

At Dukhni, we think you’ll enjoy our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know. 

Refunds:

If a refund is approved, it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember, it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and post the credit back in your account. The usual time period for processing is 1-5 working days. Please bear with us. We are trying our best to hasten this process. 

Non-returnable items:

Items cannot be returned or refunded without prior approval from our Customer Service team. Unfortunately, opened packages, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. 

Damages and issues:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges - however if you have a particular issue, please email us & we will try our best to accommodate your request.
